What does LIVESTRONG mean to you?
Everyday is a LIVESTRONG day, because you never know if tomorrow will come!
LIVESTRONG means a great deal to me for countless reasons...
LIVESTRONG...for all the family/friends that have overcome their battle, are still fighting their battle, or have lost the good fight...with cancer or another devastating disease.
LIVESTRONG...For the opportunity to live the life I was meant to live, to give it my all each and everyday, to be strong through the good times and the bad, to know that there is always someone out there who's situation is worse than my own, so keep my head up, take the focus off myself, and find a way to help others. Pay it forward. To find that inner strength to match the outer strength.
LIVESTRONG...for Lance Armstrong, survivor, athlete, dreamer, competitor, fighter, philanthropist, humanitarian, champion, role model, odd beater, yet, still human and imperfect.
“Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever.”
-Lance Armstrong quote
“Anything is possible. You can be told that you have a 90-percent chance or a 50-percent chance or a 1-percent chance, but you have to believe, and you have to fight.”
“If children have the ability to ignore all odds and percentages, then maybe we can all learn from them. When you think about it, what other choice is there but to hope? We have two options, medically and emotionally: give up, or Fight Like Hell."
“If you worried about falling off the bike, you’d never get on.”
“Winning is about heart, not just legs. It's got to be in the right place.”
